WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

COLAB Design Pty Ltd (COLAB) provides a warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase (the day the consumer buys the product from the retailer) against faulty manufacture. This means that if the frame breaks in any way due to a fault in manufacturing that COLAB will repair the frame free of charge. If the frame is not repairable, COLAB will replace the whole sunglass free of charge. Due to the limited nature of our product we may not be able to offer a repair or replacement frame, in this instance COLAB will offer a refund for the purchase value of the frame.

This warranty does not cover lenses in any way.

This warranty does not cover mistreatment of the frame including, but not limited to, being sat on; living in a handbag; falling from the face; or repeated stress faults due to misuse. COLAB reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that it deems to be the consumers fault.

Please Note: Some COLAB sunglasses are intentionally made to look deliberately used. This worn or old look is for a very realistic “vintage” look.

COLAB must view the faulty product to approve any warranty claim. To lodge a warranty claim the customer must do the following

-                      Send the faulty frames to COLAB (business address below)

-                      Supply proof of purchase

-                      Provide description of the fault and how it came about

-                      Provide their contact details and address for return.
