In partnership with Melbourne Cocktail Festival, we present the White Horse by Bar Margaux:
Makes 1 Cocktail
+ WHAT YOU NEED
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Collins glass
- Collins ice spear
+ INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Starward Whisky
- 30ml orange juice
- 15ml ginger syrup (equal parts ginger juice and caster sugar)
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Soda, to top up
+ METHOD
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
- Shake hard and fast to combine, then strain into your frozen collins glass.
- Top up with soda.
- To serve Add a straw and garnish with an orange wedge and a piece of candied ginger. Enjoy!
