Make Cocktail: White Horse by Bar Margaux

In partnership with Melbourne Cocktail Festival, we present the White Horse by Bar Margaux:

Makes 1 Cocktail



  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Collins glass
  • Collins ice spear



  • 60ml Starward Whisky
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 15ml ginger syrup (equal parts ginger juice and caster sugar)
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Soda, to top up


  1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard and fast to combine, then strain into your frozen collins glass.
  3. Top up with soda.
  4. To serve Add a straw and garnish with an orange wedge and a piece of candied ginger. Enjoy!
